Information we use
When you contact us, we receive your email address, subject, message, and any name you provide. We use these to answer inquiries and handle corrections, rights concerns, and privacy requests. Please do not send passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal information. An inquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
Hosting and security systems may record your IP address, requested pages, browser details, and request times to operate and protect the site.
Services and sharing
We use ConoHa WING for hosting and Gmail for email. Inquiry content may also be processed by OpenAI for translation and reply assistance. These services may process and retain information outside Japan under their own terms. See Google’s Privacy Policy and OpenAI’s Privacy Policy.
We do not sell inquiry information. Access is limited to handling your inquiry and operating the site. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to address a legal claim.
Cookies and external services
WordPress uses cookies for functions such as signing in. You can manage cookies in your browser; blocking them may affect site functions. Where Gravatar avatars appear, your browser connects to Automattic’s image service; see its Privacy Policy. Other websites linked from this site have their own privacy practices.
Visitor statistics
With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand which pages people read, how they find the site, and how the site works on different devices. This uses cookies and sends browsing information, such as page addresses, referral sources, approximate location and device details, to Google. We do not send the contents of your inquiries to Analytics or use this data for personalized advertising.

Protection and retention
We use encrypted connections and restrict access to inquiry records. We keep inquiries as long as needed to handle the matter and related legal or rights issues, then remove unnecessary records. Website access logs are set to one week. Providers’ separate records and backups may have different retention periods; deleting an email does not erase every provider-held copy.
Your choices and requests
Use our Contact form to ask about your information, request access, correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. You can also request operator details and information about our handling of retained personal data. We may need to verify your connection to a record and retain information required by law. We respond without undue delay under applicable law.
We update this notice when our information handling changes.
